The mandate of Apostle Chauncey Dixon is one of expressive power and authority in the Kingdom of God. Humbly, He serves as senior leader of Refiner’s Fire World Outreach Center in Kansas City since its ministerial launch in October of 2009 with his wife Pastor Deidre Johnson-Dixon. Apostle Chauncey Dixon believes in the ministerial pillar of “principle without application lacks benefit”. As a true example of the 5 fold in action, Apostle Chauncey Dixon has ministered across the United States, being used by God to deliver and save the people of God from bondage. God has used him to heal the sick and release the Word of life to break strongholds and destroy bondage. Indeed as a teacher, Apostle Chauncey Dixon has brought clarity and understanding to thousands and continues to manifest the Kingdom of God daily in his home and ministry.

Apostle Chauncey Dixon is the elated father of Ambrosia, Alyssa, Stephon (deceased) and Robert Diamond, and the spiritual father of many sons/daughters around the world.

Deidre Johnson-Dixon is known for her contagious methods of inspiring women and youth to be fearless in life. Having lived in fear most of her life, she's been commissioned to assist in the "freeing" process of others. Her passion and zest for life exudes creativity when conveying the message of Jesus Christ through the preached word, singing, and/or motivational speaking.

The darkest place in Deidre’s life would yield her the opportunity to relate to the darkest places in the lives of others. The lyrics to the song “Imagine Me”, written by Kirk Franklin, inspired her to lift her head above the dismal thoughts that overwhelmed her and created a space in time that provided her the ability to make an intelligent decision to not remain stuck in the present. She created Imagine Me, a mentoring program for girls, ages 12–18, that was launched in May 2012. Providing love, hope, and support to girls is now her mission and Deidre has made a personal goal to impact at least 10,000 girls. Everything is “initially” birthed in the earth through a female and women shouldn’t allow fear to make them second guess how powerful they are. Deidre extends her hand to every woman as they take on the mindset - “NO FEAR EVER”.

Deidre Johnson-Dixon is a servant of God, wife, mother, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, artist/writer/composer, author, Identity Coach, radio personality, blogger, and Fearless Strategist. She refuses to function as a “broken” woman – she’s learned to embrace the fact that she was created to shine like a star and illuminate the light in others. It is not befitting for Deidre Johnson-Dixon to water down who God created her to be so that others can feel comfortable in her presence. She intentionally lives her life as the example of what she teaches others around the world.
